Two mountain lion siblings stop by a mountain spring for a drink. As a keystone species, mountain lions maximize the biodiversity and health of this riparian area by keeping deer, elk, moose, and black bear on the move. The entire ecosystem is healthier because of these mountain lions on the landscape.

Remote cameras, without any humans present, captures this footage. Although the focus for the last twenty two years has been on studying and filming mountain lions, I’ve filmed dozens of other species along the way as well. Together they paint a tapestry of an ecosystem. Our goal at Wild Nature Media is sharing these wild ecosystems with you and engaging more and more of the public in wildlife conservation efforts as well as needed changes to wildlife management where the welfare of wildlife is the focus.
